رضا کمالی زرکانی مدیرکل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی ، سردار میرزایی مدیر کل بنیاد حفظ و نشر اثار دفاع مقدس، رئوفی معاون سیاسی امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری هرمزگان، امیرتیموری مدیر کل امور اجتماعی استانداری ، فریده عامری سیاهویی فرزند شهید اسحاق عامری سیاهویی( از شهدای هواپیمایی ایرباس 655) و جمعی دیگر به مناسبت 12 تیر ماه 67 سالروز شهادت ۲۹۰ مسافر هواپیمای ایرباس 655 میهمان خانواده منصور نعیمی از مفاخر هرمزگان بودند. زنده یاد نعیمی کتاب پس از پرواز با موضوع این سانحه را تالیف و با همکاری بنیاد حفظ آثار و نشر ارزش های دفاع مقدس به چاپ رسانده اند.
